This project features a high-efficiency Soprema roofing system, complemented by artificial grass roof patios, offering both durability and aesthetic appeal. Throughout the course of the project, we encountered challenges, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic, when material prices escalated. Despite these challenges, we ensured our customer received competitive pricing by proactively securing favorable rates and storing their materials at our facility to lock in the lower prices.
